Through emotional intelligence and relational awareness, I support them to rebuild self-trust, clarify what truly matters and move forward with steadiness rather than self-doubt.

My 12-week 1:1 holistic wellbeing programme offers a contained, reflective space for those navigating uncertainty in careers, relationships or life direction. By the end, clients feel clearer, more grounded and able to make decisions without overthinking or needing constant reassurance.

My work is grounded in emotional intelligence for sustainable wellbeing, particularly for those navigating burnout, transition and complex inner and outer demands.

My philosophy is simple: we are all masterpieces in progress.

When we learn to listen to our emotional world instead of overriding or judging it, we gain access to deeper self-trust, clearer decision-making, and more intentional leadership. Through research-informed coaching, reflective dialogue and practical tools, I support individuals in translating self-understanding into purposeful action and balanced performance.
